ea support case not working

hello i am trying to currently report these players for being toxic and I've been trying to create a case but after I click "Email us" it doesn't load the next page and its stuck on the loading screen "we're creating your case sit tight and stay on this page" any other solutions to this problem?

    Hey @Welcome2Season14,

    This form would be the only alternative to reporting someone if you hadn't gotten the chance to do so in-game. 

    If you're not getting that to submit properly, it may help to clear your browser cache and cookies if you've already tried the steps @BigSnicks mentioned above.
