EA support is just ignoring my issues

I can't even submit my ticket correctly. It's just stuck with resume the case even though I haven't stopped it.  After clicking 'Resume case" nothing happens. Same with starting the chat. It does not appear, the page only refreshes. Since I have been ignored, I demand this platform moderation to provide me answers I request. I will provide info when contacted by the moderator.
