EAC - unknown software exception

Hello, 
I can't start the game becuase of this issue...It says "There was an exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) in the application on place 0x00c241f3." 

I tried everything to fix it, restart, repair the game, repair EAC, reinstall, but nothing works. 

Can someone help me, please?

    Microsoft visual c++ 2010/2012/2013/2017 in 32 AND 64 bit get them from microsoft website it needs to be last version

    Yeah, I got the last versions of these... but it doesn't work, but thanks for answer. 🙂

    Well i think you need certain instruction sets like sse4.1 4.2 .. Can u post a dxdiag.txt?
