OK, @Lechdae. You should contact Support. Just choose "Report a bug" or something...
Also... "General Discussion" isn't the best section to ask for troubleshooting. I think https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/apex-legends-technical-issues-en or https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/apex-legends-bug-reports-en are better.
