Easy Anti-Cheat tab loads and then error pops up

So basically as I can see then some people with win 7/8 have the same problem and I didn't see any solutions for this problem and that's why I would like to ask again.
Once the Easy Anti-Cheat tab loads and finishes then it will just pop up the error:

Updating GPU drivers doesn't work and I will not update my windows to win 10 because every other game works just fine but just this game won't start.
I understand that this game is pretty new and patches/updates are coming by time but do we have any solutions for this right now or this is only EAC problem and they need to release the patch?

As you said "Update your OS" I think that a good idea.
I just checked the EA forum and discord and I noticed that lots of Windows 7/8.1 users have updated their Windows and now they are able to play. (One dude had over 160+ updates)
That being said, I think that, that's the issue and people should update their OS.
For sure nobody can't guarantee that you are able to play Apex Legends after you've updated your OS but still it's worth trying.
