Greetings,

As you said "Update your OS" I think that a good idea.
I just checked the EA forum and discord and I noticed that lots of Windows 7/8.1 users have updated their Windows and now they are able to play. (One dude had over 160+ updates)

That being said, I think that, that's the issue and people should update their OS.
For sure nobody can't guarantee that you are able to play Apex Legends after you've updated your OS but still it's worth trying.

yea i noticed this to ive updated my windows to check and no luck but also somtimes it dosent install all of whats need at the time so revert to the last update and redownloading may work im trying now
