    Thanks for the update!

If you're not running into the same issue on VPN, there might be something happening at one of the datacenters your connection is normally being routed through. If that's the case, it's something your ISP would have to look into from their side. It might be best to follow up with them and reiterate that you aren't getting packet loss when using a VPN. They may be able to narrow down which datacenter(s) are contributing to the packet loss along the way.

    Thanks for your Replies.

As you said I let a System File Checker had a look on my Files. (I've send u a Screenshot)
I've ran DISM.exe as well as sfc /scannow, and while it did find and repair some files. However the first round I played after was with packet loss.

So this wasn't the problem either ☹️(

Thank you for giving that a try.

Does it seem like this happens more often at a certain time of day, or is it just totally random?

  • @EA_Kent

I mostly play during the evening/night, so it is hard to tell if it happens less during the day.
But yes... I kinda would say that it seems like packet loss did not appear as often during the day.
    However it still did^^

But I am not totally sure because it isn't quantifiable

    I understand, thanks!

Do you know if there are any other devices connecting to your network around the same time you're seeing this happen in-game? If so, is it possible to try disconnecting the other devices to test and see if you notice a difference?

  • Hey, @EA_Kent
My bandwidth should not be the issue. I mostly use the connection by myself and it is a 250mbit connection, so even if my family members are using it, it shouldn't affect my gaming performance really. The thing is, a friend of mine who is living geographically near to me and has the same ISP as me (German Telekom) has the issues in exactly the same rounds as I do. Another friend of mine who lives a bit further away and is using a different ISP, does not have any issues at all. When I'm connecting via VPN, I also don't have any packet loss issues. Same for my friend. I've talked to my ISP before and they told me that should be EA's fault basically.
