Error 102122 Switch 2

Hey Guys, 

i Downloaded Apex for Switch 2. When i start the Game the Game says Your login details have expired, you need to reset your password. I do everything gut nothing happened. Always the Same Problem. 
And After that it says Domain eadp:.ServerError Code 102122. 

can anybody help?
