Oops something went wrong, try again later. [104]. This is all i get on Xbox one after playing this afternoon. Can someone help me?

How did you sign into your origins account please? I don't know where that is..

Go to Origins.com, sign in and then go into your accounts. It will show a list of console accounts connected to your origins/EA account. Clicl revoke acces to your Xbox one account.
Go back to your console and play a different EA game then re load Apex. It might work with just loading apex back up but i loaded Fifa 19 up to resign me in just incase. This method might not work for everyone but it worked for me and some others.
Hope you get on soon, Apex is the best BR game to date.
