Cant play because my game immediately freezes and sends me back to the main menu and says “There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_grx.gnut #1633 [Ul] The index "11044" does not exist” Ive tried everything and when I contacted support they did nothing beside waste my time and basically told me that I pray it gets fixed
I’ve been having this exact same issue as well and now it’s happened to the point of me not being able to play anymore. It started off with the game returning to the main menu every time I attempted to open an apex pack last season, but now it won’t even let me play. Honestly was thinking about refunding all my stuff because I can’t even access it and no reply from the support isn’t helping. I have another account that works perfectly fine. My alt on the same ps5 runs perfectly fine though. I uninstalled, reinstalled, rebuilt the data base, restarted my console, the whole 9 yards. I can login on my switch fine too.
But reverting backwards to switch and having to spend money to buy another controller for it or having to learn motion controls, I’m good off of.

Just to check: did this start happening after you bought (or were gifted) the Battle Pass Premium offer?
Reinstalled the game, cleared ps5 cache, rebuild ps5 database, switched ps5 native language, restore the license, double checked if I had the ps5 version of apex, selected a different server. This error only happens on this specific account if I try to play apex on different account its loads normally, but it’s frustrating because this account has all my progress. Thank you.
