False Ban After Compromised Account – Hoping to Reach a Developer
I’m trying my luck and hoping someone can forward my message to a developer. On January 19th, I was hacked, but I was able to recover my account very quickly through live support. After that, I checked my login logs and saw the following countries had successfully logged into my EA account, even though 2FA was enabled: Mexico, London, Egypt, and France. I’m from Germany, so somehow my account was accessed by four different people in one single day.
After I got my account back, I decided to play a round of Apex on PC. I’m actually an Xbox player, and 99% of my games are on Xbox, but I wanted to try it out on PC. In the middle of the game, I suddenly got kicked and received the message: “The client’s account has been banned.” At first, I was completely shocked, but then I calmed down because I had just been hacked, and I mainly play on Xbox (1.1 KD). I believe I have submitted over 20 appeals with all the necessary evidence, and all of them have been rejected.
I really hope this message can be forwarded to a developer who can help me.
