False Ban

I was banned today on apex for "gameplay enhancements" which is completely false.. I just redownloaded the game after not playing for years just to play with some of my friends. I even have clips of me playing with my friends with zero problems whatsoever.. I played this game when it first came out and spent a lot of money on this game too. If i don't get unbanned that's just unfair.

xcarminezx Sorry, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

albinextdoor From what I understand, being banned for "gameplay enhancements" is not a bug, (as stated by a Community Manager in your thread here: False Bans (only PC) | EA Forums).

Furthermore, I've done all that I could do in terms of getting the issue looked into by EA and thus I cannot help any further.

This just happened to me i only have 31 minutes on the game and i need help. i made an ea ticket, dmed an apexlegends ban person on discord, i turned on my pc and went straight to apex since i was so excited to play bc it took a while to download cuz my internet is bad. I checked my task manager if i had anything weird running nothing. also i play valorant and fortnite and valorant has the best anti cheat and nothing has gotten false detected on my pc also fortnite has the same anti cheat and never gotten anything detected so im really confused what happened.

Jaksuke7 There is no one on Discord who can handle EA Account bans.
