Forgot Email to EA Account

recently i got back into apex on PC after being on xbox for awhile. I noticed i had to link my steam to my EA to play on steam, so i did sign in using the xbox sign in feature instead of using my email (which i dont know it for it being an old account). i went to go connect my steam account and it sent a verifivation code to the email i dont remember at all. it gives me a couple of characters for me to recognize the account but i just cant remember. Is there any way i can update the email on the EA account. (yes i tried using a secondary email and phone number but it doesn't even bother to work.
