  • Heya @GX-NeedBre4K

Whenever this issue manifests, are there any specific abilities/grenades being used around you? (e.c Gibraltar Ult, Smokes, Thermites)

I think it's possibly related to one of these things, though if that's not the case we can try some other solutions.

These are some basic steps to take:

    • Run an Admin CMD and use this command: sfc /scannow
    • Return any overclocked hardware back to base clock
    • Disable any special XMP profiles
    • Make sure your drivers are updated to the latest version (If this issue started happening right after the driver update, then you should try to downgrade your drivers)

This is a possible fix for low performance in some cases:

    1. Press Windows Key + R
    2. Put in %USERPROFILE% and select OK
    3. Go to the Saved Games Folder
    4. Navigate to the Respawn Folder
    5. Navigate to the Apex Folder
    6. Delete the assets folder

(The assets folder causes a lot of instability in some cases, deleting it can help quite a lot)

If that doesn't resolve the issue:

    • Have you recently installed new software/hardware?
    • Do other games also have this issue?
    • Are your computer temperatures fine whenever you are playing the game?

It's also recommended to attach a DxDiag to your post, with this we can get a better idea of your system and figure out what could be causing it.
