Cannot connect to EA servers in home network

Hi,

I've been trying to fix this for multiple days now. I used to be able to play apex legends just fine with my home network, router and all. These days whenever I try to launch and connect it just says "Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again." My network speed is just fine, I have tried Google DNS and port forwarding to no avail. Nothing in my setup has changed. I haven't played in a while, so I cannot say for sure when this began. Works fine with mobile hotspot and cellular network. Any help is appreciated.
