FPS dropping to as low as 5 all the time.

Hi, I started playing around season 10 start and the game worked fine for me all the time, when season 11 started my game started stuttering massively.

By that I mean fps would go down to 10 and even lower with the game totally unplayable jittering like hell. I quit after this and recently tried to play apex, but the same problem is still persistent.

My game still drops to as low as 5 fps and it becomes normal for 5 seconds and starts dying again. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled all services everything!

I have even reinstalled windows and this still didn't fix it! My specs are i3 8100, gtx 1050ti, and 16gb ram. All other games work mighty fine but apex just crawls. Any help would be a blessing.
