Easy Anti Cheat not opening

Does anyone no how to fix easy anti cheat not opening?

I start the game fine but will not get into a game as EAC is not installed.  I have uninstalled several times and installed with different users (Steam & EA) .  I have cleared the Cache for the game.  It looks like it is failing to open and maybe isnt installing for some reason with the game?
