FPS drops since split 2

Ever since the split 2 update came out this past week my fps has been dropping like crazy which has not been an issue in awhile.

CPU: 5600X OC to 4.5ghz

GPU: 3060ti

Ram: 32 GB

I was able to stay stable at 144 FPS with no dips at 1080p while streaming or recording. Now I am dropping between 110-120 for no reason at all. I run everything low or disabled graphics settings wise. I've tried numerous things from youtube videos but no luck. It seems like others are having this issue as well just from reading steam discussions but no one seems to have a fix that works.
