GAME CRASHES = YOU GET PENALIZED

Let me paint the picture. your squad is top 5 in ranked. you're at 6 KP and fully geared. the game freezes and crashes out of nowhere. they now assume you have purposely left the game when you're still alive with a crap load of points incoming. you instantly lose 76 RP and are penalized for leaving? are the game developers so dumb to think someone will actually purposely leave in this situation? brain dead logic. thats my rant. engjoy your mediocre no sound (developers say they dont know why theres no audio) game. but keep pumping out new skins instead of fixing core issues.

    @DOGEATER714 Hello,

    Many members of the community have been dealing with the same issue with no real resolve. Which means there could very well be a problem in ranked game mode.

    Have you tried checking your internet connection to make sure that it is healthy?
    Connections tend to drop or get weaker which will stop sending packets back and forth.
    Are you wired or wireless? (Wired being an ethernet cable directly to your system to the router/modem. Wireless being a wifi card or wifi dongle)
    Does this happen in other game modes? Do you get any error codes?

    internet connection is fine, wired. never happens with any other game. it has only disconnected for me in apex ranked. it also disconnects my friend before start of a ranked game and doesnt give you forgiveness when you're starting a ranked game with only 2 people (happened yesterday) this is probably the 5th time this season.

    @DOGEATER714 it's an annoying thing to have to deal with, sorry. However fear not, it is not just you with the problem and a lot of other members are experiencing the same exact issue. So there very well could be an issue in the ranked game mode.

    For verification. Can you play other game types and see if you continue to get in game errors? If you do get error codes, what codes are they?

    Hey @DOGEATER714,

    Which server are you playing on? Is there any change if you switch servers at all?

    Additionally it may help to go through these troubleshooting steps, even if this is only happening in Apex. 

    Checking the steps for clearing or even changing your DNS can help in similar cases so it's worth taking a look for sure.
