What happens when the bug occurs? Screen freezes, audio continues, but I never hear landing sound so I think the game is only playing background music. I also am unable to give input presumably cause the game is frozen. Have run testing and CPU load seems to be near idle, RAM utilization is around 2,400MB (2.4GB)
What should be happening instead? Not freeze?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Would have you show you the gameplay on my system... I have tried literally everything from uninstall Origin/Apex/Microsoft Visual C++ libraries.. etc.

Look forward to seeing any recommendations... I've worked in IT for 10 years, and can't figure out this problem...
Last resort is re-install Windows, but I'd rather not just for 1 game not working. Everything else I do works fine, only Apex.
