Game Freezing & Stuttering Every Game. Server Side Desync

I am experiencing severe server-side desynchronization indicated by the red clock icon in the top-right of the HUD. When this occurs, the game fully freezes in place for 60+ seconds. The screen stays locked in a “last known state” while the match continues for other players. After the freeze, I either rubber-band, instantly die, or the match becomes unplayable. This is not normal latency or FPS lag.

Symptoms include the red clock icon appearing, the game freezing for 30–90+ seconds, FPS remaining stable, ping spiking to around 200ms, and inputs doing nothing during the freeze. Using a VPN does not resolve the issue. Restarting the game sometimes helps temporarily, but the problem returns later.

I have tried manually selecting the lowest-ping data centers, avoiding Auto data center selection, restarting the game after freezes, testing with and without a VPN, verifying game files, and using a stable wired internet connection. None of these resolve the issue consistently.

This strongly suggests server instability or desync at the match instance level rather than a local network or hardware problem. Please investigate server desync events associated with the red clock icon, match instances freezing clients for extended periods, and regional server stability during peak hours. This issue has persisted long enough that players are quitting matches or the game entirely because there is no client-side fix.
