Hi, while a restart sorts this for most folks, there are some other steps here that might help, including changing data center as noted by @Jason3981
Thanks! I’ve tried changing to a different server and re installing the game and I’m still getting the same error message. Any other suggestions?

I solved the problem by puting it from external to internal drive

@BeRealBadSniper That's interesting alright. My Apex is on an external and I didn't encounter this. Can I check what model of external drive you use, in case it's a factor? - @EA_David I have a 4TB external drive by Intenso...btw its on Ps4
