Hi, while a restart sorts this for most folks, there are some other steps here that might help, including changing data center as noted by @Jason3981

I’ve tried changing to a different server and re installing the game and I’m still getting the same error message. Any other suggestions?

so, I commented last week when this first started happening, thinking a delete/reinstall twice sorted it out, at least it had for that session. after that, daily, ive had to delete the software and reinstall it to get it to work, I can't change data centres, as when I try it brings up the screen but not the ability to click anything. I had it saved on my external, but also read that moving it to the system would fix it, ive done that, and again it worked for the 1st login session, but subsequent login, im back the "array" message. it all started when I linked the switch apex to my EA account/chaos theory event started. I read this switch link might be an issue, so I unlinked my EA from the switch, but to no avail. I STILL GET THE BLOODY MESSAGE on the PS4.
there's suggestions on deleting saved data, but im not quite ready to delete my progress thus far as ive played since the beginning.
so in short all suggestions in this forum work for my the first login after, but then resets to giving me this 'sh_items.gnut" game freeze everytime. I have good internet for the moment to delete and re-install, but honestly it'll be a very short term solution at this stage as ive done it a week now, and even the patch didn't sort it.
side note: game works also when used on another user account on the same PS4. tho, sometimes that account then gets the message. has there been any other fixes for this yet?
