I@KatrinaMcNamara I was able to play once Apex finished updating but went to log back on and I keep the this same message on xbox.
@abadacejr Switching the locations on the main screen worked for me.
Try this. Made my ps4 crash. I thought it was because I didn't have enough room and deleting a huge portion. Same issue.
Delete the saved data not the game its in your playstation settings go to storage you'll see save data click it then apex press option to delete it
