I HAVE this problem a week now and I can't fix it Im starting apex and when I'm trying to log in ps4 freezes and says error CE 347800

@jjblu12Same problem here for my mate and I. We have to quit and we can finally connect after 4 or 5 tries. It's boring, it happens since the Chaos Theory update but I don't see any post to solve this problem.
Playing on PS4 pro, my speed connection is fast, no other problem spotted on other games I play- @Demonic-Damien6 Tbh, I think it was just a coincidence it worked for me. I did have the problem again, and changed data centre and it never worked, so I just kept trying and it worked after my 3rd/4th attempt. It should be fixed now though as I think the latest patch has fixed it.
I’ve had this same problem for a week now. I just reinstalled the game for the second time and was met with the same error! I’ve tried switching servers restarting my XBOX and nothings working. Idk what’s going on but I’m getting frustrated pls help me figure out how to fix this!
Has anyone official commented on this to let us know what is going on and when we can expect a fix? Its so frustrating i cant play my favorite game... come on guys
so, I commented last week when this first started happening, thinking a delete/reinstall twice sorted it out, at least it had for that session. after that, daily, ive had to delete the software and reinstall it to get it to work, I can't change data centres, as when I try it brings up the screen but not the ability to click anything. I had it saved on my external, but also read that moving it to the system would fix it, ive done that, and again it worked for the 1st login session, but subsequent login, im back the "array" message. it all started when I linked the switch apex to my EA account/chaos theory event started. I read this switch link might be an issue, so I unlinked my EA from the switch, but to no avail. I STILL GET THE BLOODY MESSAGE on the PS4.
there's suggestions on deleting saved data, but im not quite ready to delete my progress thus far as ive played since the beginning.
so in short all suggestions in this forum work for my the first login after, but then resets to giving me this 'sh_items.gnut" game freeze everytime. I have good internet for the moment to delete and re-install, but honestly it'll be a very short term solution at this stage as ive done it a week now, and even the patch didn't sort it.
side note: game works also when used on another user account on the same PS4. tho, sometimes that account then gets the message. has there been any other fixes for this yet?

Same thing here. I have tried logging in with atleast 10 different servers and still getting the same
”sh_items.gnut #773 [UI] Index ”49” is beyond array size of 0”
This game is so broken at the moment it’s not funny anymore. Are these things even being looked up on? So many people having same problem for at least a week now.

Same thing today. I’ve been trying to log on for 15 minutes straight but crashes with the same error every time you’re about to get into the lobby.
Come on Respawn, please, even try to fix your game if you want some longevity with it.
Firstly I don't know why I can't enter the game!!!!!!!It keeps on saying problem processing game logic.
Secondly, when I finally get in the game it doesn't connect to any match!!!!!!
The lobby screen keeps on lagging.
Thirdly, when I'm finally in a match and I want to leave or my squad dies. The game won't connect to the lobby!!!!
It doesn't at all.
I need to close it then passed through all this again just to play 1 game and pray I get connect.
I'm playing on ps4
What's the solution?
