Game wont start

Hello, I need some help with Apex Legends on PC
After the latest update, the game starts, shows the intro, and then crashes immediately with no error message.
I play through EA App.I already verified files, reinstalled the game, restarted my PC,but nothing helped. Easy Anti-Cheat shows an error with incorrect game ID

hey so I am facing the same problem and just now I switched my steam accounts to an alt and it loaded up legit no problem. My theory is the heirloom bug that pushed a fix for, depending on either the lobby or something else, but my main loads the intro and crashes, my alt loads perfectly. So it might be an actual cosmetic thing that is causing this, as my alt has 0 heirlooms
