Games "not counting" and stats dissapear forever

Hi, i am having an issue with game kicking me to lobby post match, and not displaying any game stats, when i click the game stats button it shows my previous game (instead of the game i just played) and does not count wins/kills/deaths/knockdowns/RP... ANYTHING. almost like i never played a game.

This started happening on origin around november for me, once every say... 20-30 games. but got worse, to the point where it was every other/ 1 in 3 games. i made the switch to steam thinking it was an origin issue. it never happened! woo! "fixed"

THEN it started, 1 in 20 or so games would not count stats. then it got worse. now its sort of happening 1 in 5 - 1 in 8 games.

Usually i wouldnt care, but ive started playing ranked. this is a problem as when i get + RP and this happens, it does not count, that is very frustrating (especially when winning a game!)

(good news, i have the advantage when i lose, no RP loss... silver linings...)

This is getting a little frustrating, as im pretty much glued to apex (amazing game) but when i am trying to rank up or monitor my progress and i miss stats, its annoying.

its quite disheartening playing 5 or 6 games and getting nowhere, then i finally have a good game and boom, doesnt count..

any help or support would be apreciated here.

Tried origin and steam.

have good internet connection, no other services have an issue at the time this happens (its too frequent to put it down to my end)

pc specs are good, but that shouldnt make a difference.

have told a few in game freinds, no one else has seen this issue.

uninstalled/resintalled all 50+gb twice, no resolve

Edit: happens a lot on EU servers, specifically London, being the worst (i am in the UK) if i switch to USA, i never get this issue but ping makes games unplayable. if i switch to amsterdam/frankfurt etc i will still get it occasionally, at expense of ping... so my game experience isnt perfect)

on going issue for 6+ months, and its got to the point where answers are needed.
