Hacked and Banned, noob player who lives alone, doesn't know what happened.

I think I was hacked.  My account shows a K/D ratio of 14.75, and I've never been above 0.5.  I have new achievements for Kill Leader and other things, but I have never had more than 1 or 2 kills per game.  I don't know how to use any addons or even what those addons may be called.  I am an honest player and my XBOX Account is the same--you can see my lifetime stats are consistant with my xbox account. Its only in the last month that i am able to get consistent 2-3 kills a game on Xbox.  I logged into my PC account for the first time today in a while and it shows that I am banned.

I only created the PC account the previous season, and only started on xbox on a very casual basis at the end of season 4.

Do I have any recourse?  Is there a directory where I'd find a hack?  What do I search for?  Was someone using my account elsewhere?  I live alone and I do not have any roommates and I have never shared my account.  I am not skilled enough to get that K/D ratio and I am not vain enough to cheat to get it. I still have fun playing with my current skill level, even though some other players can rage on me sometimes.

  • @kihchimanitou  You need to open two cases, one for your ban and the other for the hacked account, they will check for any suspicious login

    Create your cases at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    You need to be logged in

    For ban
    Select your game, platform then Manage my account > Banned or suspended account
    Fill the email template and you have two wait, they are taking long time, for me it has been 3 weeks

    DO NOT RESUME your case while waiting that will pull you from the queue and making the wait longer

    Don't create more than one case per issue/subject that will remove the previous case

    For Hacked account
    Manage my account > Hacked account
    You have the option to do a live chat or receive a call if you are American, explain your case and they will help you

    There are a lot of players that didn't enable the 2 factor authentication and ended like you, good luck

  • I've had the occassional players comment that I should delete the game, yes I am that bad on PC, could they hacked me to get me booted? I still have fun in the bronze lobbies.
