What to do? I already activated 2 step verification and added a phone number. Will I still get banned because of the hacker? Is there no way to reverse it?

It's hard for me to say what will happen next but it can never hurt, in case you feel something is off, to reach out to EA Help right away over the phone/chat to get that further looked into as we can't look into account issues over the forums here. @ShoiriMomono u should not sent a ticket... "JUST CHANGED THE PASSWORD AND PUT A AUTHENTICATION CODE AND REMOVE OTHERS TRUSTED DEVICES!!!" i warned u... if u sent a ticket u will just get banned permanent even though YOUR ACCOUNT GOT HACKED AND SOMEONE USED it... because I just did it... my account got hacked and someone used it and sent a ticket ang got banned for now reason.. what a system...

Our advisors at EA Help do not have the ability to ban you for contacting them nor would they have any reason to do so as the system handling the bans is not dependent on you reaching out to us nor caused by it. It's possible a delayed ban was already on it's way and might have been placed during this time when you contacted us which would indeed be an unfortunate coincidence.

Please do contact us as soon as possible if you feel somebody has been on your account so we can help re-secure the account and help you send it on if it indeed has received a ban so it can be reviewed and hopefully removed. Not contacting us could lead to further compromise, potential bans and longer waiting times which is something nobody wants of course!

@EA_Neil explain to why did get perma banned for no reason... I explain to them what happen to my account that in january 7 2021 my account got hacked and someone used it... and later that morning.. in the evening my account got client banned so i report and explain to them that my account got banned.. so they will escalate in to terms of service cause my account got suspicios when I sad my account got hacked and someone used it.. and then almost 2 months laters i got the email that MY ACCOUNT IS SUS so they not removing it.. You KNOW why I got banned for no reason?! I said to them account got hacked and someone used it then they already escalating to perma ban when the INCIDENT HAPPEN ONLY IN A DAY?! WHAT ABOUT MY GAMEPLAY OF 400+HRS what happen to that? why would I waste my account for some shty cheat.. IM ALREADY DIAMOND AND I STARTED PLAYING SEASON 6 and im here cause IM A VICTIME HERE if im not why would I waste my time here to argue what happen to my account and sent another email to easupport on gmail... cause I am Victim..
