HEIRLOOM SHARD BEEN MISSING FOR 1 MONTH ALREADY 

TLDR:
receive heirloom shard on 3 April 2024 but it's still missing until today even i already update my game yesterday , i always contact EA support every single week since then and attach a legit evidence that i got the heirloom, they always have the same answer like a bot (ask me to wait). I also ask them just to investigate my account and give back the heirloom shard, but the answer: we can't do that because we just EA support, only the "team" can check on this and add any kind of items from their end << alright team i understand that , so can u check it now and add give back my heirloom shard to my account ?? I'm getting frustated here because i've been waiting for 1 month++ with zero transparency about this problem , they're not sure if it 100% will back or not knowing the date when they'll release the update for this problem and of course as usually no compensation. Yes i know i'm not a content creator or even pro player so you guys can ignore this problem ? Please stop playing around team, i'm so tired and sick of this. I'm asking to you what will you do if your precious in game item gone missing for month and the developer not helping even you have the evidence? i guess you will do the same as me. I'll attach some converstation with the EA support that not even helping 🙂) Anyone else still have the same problem ? because what i heard that many players already got their item back .
