Hello EA Support,

I already submitted a case about my missing Apex Legends account linked with Steam, 
but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m sending this email to follow up and to provide my proof of ownership.

My Apex Legends account has disappeared, and when I open the game it starts as a new account. 
Please help me recover or reconnect my original account.
