Help pls cross cross progression

So linked my old PS4 account yesterday that I made in season 1 to my EA account because I got a Xbox for Christmas and I wanted to link my PS4 account so I could have it on Xbox it's been 24 hours since I linked it and it's still not merged my PS4 account and I was wondering if I need to wait or what cause I spent money on that account and I ain't letting it go

    Hi @fazematthewbhoy 

    To confirm was the PS4 account linked to a previous EA account before the one you use with the Xbox?

    If so, progress is stored at the EA account level instead of the platform account. When you unlink your platform account you don't carry your progress and items with you.
