help
I haven’t logged into my account for a long time, but after logging in this time, I found that my account had been reset to a blank state. I’d like to recover my previous account — what should I do?
If you used Steam before to play the game, it's likely that it's been unlinked from an EA account, as the progress is saved on your EA account. If you can remember which EA account it was linked to, and link your Steam account back to its original EA account, you might be able to recover the progress. We wouldn't be able to check your account here in the Forums or assist with account linking. If you need any further information regarding linking accounts, please see: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account & Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account.
I think I've identified the core issue: I have two Steam accounts and two EA accounts. They were likely cross-linked, causing my Apex Legends progress on both Steam and EA platforms to reset as new accounts. If this is indeed the cause, **when I unlinked and relinked them this afternoon**, I've essentially reconnected the *wrong* Steam account to the *wrong* EA account. However, the account unlinking feature has a **six-month cooldown period**. Is there any way to bypass or shorten this cooldown?
Thanks for the clarification. I understand how frustrating that must be. Unfortunately, the six-month cooldown for unlinking EA accounts can’t be bypassed. I wish I had better news. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
My EA account contains two Apex profiles: my primary account (used for years) and a reset account created accidentally. Due to Steam binding errors and the 6-month cooldown, I'm forced to play the reset profile. How can I recover access to my original Apex account through EA Play/EA App without waiting
请回复我。这对我来说真的非常重要。
