Horizon heirloom

I opened 5 packs and received items in the list of 24. But the number of packs that need to be opened to receive heirloom is not counted.Do I have a chance not to receive heirloom after opening all 24 packs.It's still 0/24

Hey @ThinknQ try exiting out of the game and then back in to see if it changes anything.

It can simply be a visual bug @ThinknQ.

@EA_Darko I use the EA app on my PC. The items I get quickly become random item boxes. Is there any chance I open the item that is not in the event
