@HoldItBruhThis happened to me a few times, but I haven’t had that same issue in awhile.
That response does not sound very helpful at all, more like a stupid suggestion.

It's not even a suggestion, it's a link that explains how the ranked game mode works. If this were happening to someone else, I'd find this entire situation hysterical.
