How i low my risk to get ban

Someone know how to risk my chancs of getting ban in a week ago i got suspend and in my email its says you have high risk to get a ban someone know how to low it?

Hey @wantedonairport,

The only way to prevent an additional ban would be to make sure you're not violating the Rules of Conduct when you're in-game.

If that's something you struggle to follow when interacting with others in-game, I'd definitely recommend keeping @Godisbullen's suggestions in mind next time you're playing.

@wantedonairport What did the email say more specifically? What was the cause of the ban?
Did you maybe receive a temporary suspension while the case was reviewed further? If that's the case, then I guess that whatever led to this ban has already occurred, and you cannot affect the outcome now.

this point, your risk of an account ban is high, so we would ask you to reconsider your behavior if you want to continue playing on your account.thats what i got on my mail when my account was suspend at this time and i want to low the risk to get ban

@wantedonairport My guess is that you've been reported for typing or saying offensive things in-game, and/or greifing, leaving mid-game and such things.
To lower your chances of a permanent ban I'd advise you to try to be as nice as possible to your team, and if they're the once behaving badly, just mute them instead of engaging.
