how long does it take for ea to say if you are permbanned or just banned
So recently i got banned in apex
which then Ea went for an ban instead of suspension which makes no sense
i got news back from ea about that the sanction wont be removed but it was an different case number than my original case number which just confuses me alot.
when i look on my history of ban and suspension it says ban but im just curiouse if it is permban or ban for like 14 days or 45 days
1st offence 7 days ban
second offence 14 days ban
3rd offence permban
