I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to help with banned cases. If you've already sent in an appeal to our Terms of Service team, you've done the right thing to have it looked into and it's now a matter of waiting to hear back from them. They'll reach out asap from the email noreply@ea.com. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

Head to help.ea.com and select 'Contact us' to start filling out a help ticket for them and choose from the available contact options that pop up. The support team will take a look at the case to better understand what might be happening for you from there.
