how to fix a typo on my gamertag ?

I don't notice that there was a missing # in my gamertag. How's do I get that fixed?

    We don't have any control over your Xbox gamertag. This is something Xbox support will need to help with. You should be able to contact them at xbox.com.

its my xbox gamertag typoed  Missing the hashtag so it won't let me load to the gallery on the sims 4
