I’ve been grinding nonstop and got knocked back down to bronze three

Me and my friends have been playing nonstop for the past three weeks. I finally made it to Plat three 100 RP away from platinum two the rank split happens today at 1 PM. I jump on my Xbox open my account and I’ve been knocked down to bronze three. I understand that the ranked split knocks you down. But why did it knock me down so far it doesn’t even say when I go up under my stats that I hit platinum. I even have a photo of when I hit platinum this season. It hurts to know that all the hard work that I put in has completely been swept under the rug and erased I don’t know if anyone can help me. But my gamer tag for Xbox is JYNK127.

Halfway through the season, I changed it from Dxsclxsxd17 

I really want some help because I’ve spent hours and hours and a lot of money on this game

    I logged in this morning to see my current rank for Split 2. It said Split 1 is Plat III and I start Split II as Gold III. But on the loading screen it was showing I was silver I. I then decided to restart the game to see if it was a glitch in which it now shows I was Gold III Split 1 and start at  Bronze III Split 2? Can this please be fixed.

    I just played a game in Platinum, next game I am in Silver. What in the name of Pathfinder is going on ?!

    Playing apex legends on PS5. I reached Platinum rank yesterday because I knew this ranked season was almost over. Turned on the game just now and I see I’m all the way at bronze 5… shouldn’t I’ve been demoted to silver 3?

    I hit masters for it to say I only hit plat 2 and then resets me to g4 and when I try to contact support absolutely nothing this is * ridiculous I didn’t spend 12 hours of my life solo Qing for ea to * me over like come tf on

    I made it to Diamond 2 last split of Season 16 of Apex legends and I was supposed to be reset to plat 2 but it sent me all the way down to silver 2 this is a joke.
