I cannot match the player

I want to ask I matched for an hour,

but there was only 1 player waiting

Is there a problem with my account?

Can the administrator contact me? Thank you!

Also ask the administrator to review my account because I did n’t do anything illegal

They told me that my account is completely fine

They told me you guys have a hidden ban

I spent 2700 in this game I am totally unacceptable ☹️

I did n’t break the rules and they did n’t send me a letter

I am a player who buys all SKIN, I do n’t know why I treat me like this

    I have tried to connect to any server
    But it looks like it's a ban.
    Because my friend match is 45 people
    They arrived in my team and only 3 people were left
