Apex Legends Freezing/Crashing 11.8.2025

Apex Legends crashes during start up. It'll load the EAC "initializing" then "waiting for game.." then it freezes my entire PC and I have press the power restart to get a response. At first it Blue screened and gave me the BSOD stop code "STOP_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT" but after updating Nvidia graphics drivers, updating AMD chipset software driver, and BIOS update it just freezes now. I'm pretty sure it's a problem with my PC and not the game itself at this point but I have no idea what to do anymore. Please help, any suggestions are welcomed 

So far what I've done are
- Reinstalled Apex on both Steam and EA launcher
- Repaired/Verified files 
- Scanned and repaired corrupted files in CMD 
- Letting EAC passed Bitdefender/Windows Firewall and outright disabling Bitdefender
- Updated every possible driver
- Running both apex and EAC in admin 

PC specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700x 
MSI B550 tomahawk
2070 Super
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb 3600hz CL18
EVGA g3 Supernova 650W
