I changed my name and i have to start from the zero

Hi .. um i changed my old name on Apex like others but when i logged in i found out that all my skins are gone, champ that i bought is gone too and im starting from level one and i dont have any kills or wins from seasons .. i dont know what to do .. so if you could help me by any chance i would by grateful, thanks.

    Gotcha. That's definitely strange. When you have a chance I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

    Hey @xL3NIx. 

    Just changing your name shouldn't have reset your account like that. Are you sure that you've logged into the same EA Account as before? Which system do you play on?

    Im pretty sure i logged into same account as before and its pc
