i forget my email

i want to switch to pc and when i go to sign i forgot my login so i go to my acount and it dosnt let me see my username or pasword and i have no trase of it what do i do，i have steam account，i forget...

    Hey @Unclefiend, 
     
    If you don't recall the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
