I got banned for cheating even though I did not cheat

Question

First of all right now Im really annoyed by the ea support and ea in general. But now what happened:

1. ) days ago I got banned for "cheating" in Apex Legends even though I did not cheat.

2. Because I didn´t cheat I called the ea support but the first supporter just randomly ended the call.

3. So I went over to the live chat support but they also were not able to help me therefore I called the ea support again.

4. The supporter wasnt really competent but that doesnt matter. After 15 minutes I got the email that I cheated and I wont get unbanned.

5. So I called them again but this time the supporter wasnt able to help me at all.

6. So I called them AGAIN and this time I finally got an competent Supporter who was able to help me but ea just didnt answered me.

7. So I called them once AGAIN....... This time the supporter (sorry) but he was really not made for this job he didnt know anything about apex and his support was really bad.

8. Until today ea has not answered me.

The point is that I have around 1500 hours in apex and I spent a lot of money in Apex. So right now I dont know what I can do and I feel like ea doesnt care about me. Im really disappointed and I dont think I will get my account back. Idk if someone can help me about this but I can just tell all of you dont spent to much money in this game because they dont care about you.

I had the same thing happen to me last Wednesday. I opened a case, like EA recommends here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

It took them until Monday to unban my account. They told me to change my password because my account information was apparently compromised.

I've never received any e-mails about logins from other regions. I have 2 factor authentication, I'm not sure how my account could be accessed by a third party without my knowledge. Overall it seems like I was banned for a huge false positive.

I logged in today, played 3 games and was banned again.

I've played since before season 1. I don't cheat or exploit. I have no idea why I'm being banned. The emails I've received haven't illuminated on what the issue really is.
