I got banned from the game for no reason

My account was blocked for no reason, and I went to customer service several times to complain to no avail. I am angry. EA doesn't care about consumers' feelings at all. I recharged 700RMB during the APEX anniversary event, but my EA account was blocked the next day. Please note that my EA account has been blocked, and I cannot use this account to play any EA games. I'm very angry about this, I just want to know why you guys banned my EA account. You took my money and banned my account the next day, you guys are so shameless! I have seen an EA red letter in my email stating that I have violated the terms of sale. (I put the screenshot of that email in the attachment, please check it) Which of your terms of sale did I violate? I used the balance of my steam wallet to recharge the game, and steam didn’t send me any red Letter, you sent me a red letter instead, saying that I violated the terms of sale? What reason do you have to block my account?

I just want to know the exact reason now, if you have no reason, please unlock my account! I have complained several times and your inaction has pissed me off!

    Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team on here. We won't know why your EA account might be banned or be able to change the outcome of the ban appeals, sorry. 

    Our Terms of Service team would exclusively help investigate bans and suspensions. They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. It sounds like they've looked into this a few times for you already going by what you've shared here, and each time they confirmed that there was a violation which means the ban is correctly in place and will remain there.
