I got demote from platinum to silver

Hey guy's ! I've got big issues with the Ranked mode. I log in one day to play and could'nt access the ranked league. I come back a few minutes later and I could play ranked BUT my level was silve...

@themistercue2 it was a season split yesterday. everybody got demoted....like every split.

Ok ! I thought about it afterwards but my opinion it doesn't really make sense to just take off - 3000 points without explanation. They maybe should think about making it more clear.
