@XHelperZ but this is their fault for banning me without reason, there is money involved in this and i wont stop until i get my account or money that i spent back. again i never used any softwares that could lead to this, also when i looked at the ban history it says ban without a reason, this is outrageous.
It's possible that they've forgotten to add in a reason, which could very rarely happen. (Or it's a special ban, though I wouldn't know)
I'd recommend contacting the TOS team to ask for more information about your ban. (e.c Exact Reason, Certain phrases or behaviour that would indicate this)
They should be able to provide this information, though as far I'm aware, they don't have to tell you it.
Well it could depend on anything, though in this case I think it's likely for them to release information to you regarding your ban.
Just try opening a new ticket (Unless they've told you not to submit any further tickets about the same problem) and ask for more information about your ban.
