I got hacked and banned and they refuse to unban me

I got hacked and then banned on ea account and apex I proved I was hacked restored my ea account turned on 2FA. Then I appeal the Apex Legends ban as it was also due to me being hacked I never chea...

If this way is doable then why I have to complain about it here? Is your support team all got replace by bot or something?

There are not bots involved either here or during the ban appeal process. I do understand that if a ban is applied incorrectly this can cause great frustration but hopefully by appealing again (ideally with new or additional information) we can get you back in the game. Thanks.
