I have never hacked or cheated in any way. & Apex dont have proof about me

I have never hacked or cheated in any way. How can I get unbanned? im not a cheater and got banned from apex i only play apex first time played and got banned i send anything to supporter but suport say me cheat and ban me for no reason and dont have any proof to confirm me hack ?
